I broke my wrist a couple of weeks ago and have been in a splint since, waiting for my surgery tomorrow. Of all the difficulties I am having, the most difficult is breaking my gym routine I spent all summer building. I got used to waking up for cardio.. watching evening tv to more cardio... looking forward to weights... anyone else broken their wrist? What are some good fitness tips to keep me going while injured?
